I am a CBT therapist, integrative psychotherapist, and ICF-accredited coach in East Dulwich with over 20 years of clinical training and practice. All humans have an inbuilt drive to learn, grow, and thrive. But life doesn’t always make that easy. Along the way we can get stuck. We can lose connection with ourselves, shut down emotionally, or find ourselves repeating patterns that hold us back without quite knowing why. My work is designed to remove those blockages, to help you clear what gets in the way of your growth and potential, so you can live an authentic life on your own terms.
My work sits at the intersection of therapy and coaching, allowing me to work at different levels. Whether you are navigating a personal crisis, struggling with relationship dynamics, feeling stuck in familiar patterns, managing emotional challenges such as depression and anxiety, or looking to fulfil your potential. I offer a warm and genuinely tailored approach.
I draw on a wide range of evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, IFS, DBT, EMDR, Schema Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and attachment theory, blended with Gestalt and systemic coaching approaches. Rather than applying a fixed formula, I work to understand you as a whole person, your history, your patterns, your strengths, and design a therapeutic journey that fits your specific needs. Ultimately, I want you to achieve your goals and support you in making them happen and living the life you want.
My own experience of navigating significant adversity gives me a depth of understanding that goes beyond clinical training. I know what it feels like when life falls apart, and the courage and resilience it takes to turn things around.
Young People
I work with young people from sixteen upwards, supporting them through one of life’s most significant transitions, the journey from adolescence into adulthood. Growing up can be tough, especially with all the challenges that modern life can present us with. As a therapist and coach, I am here to support and guide so that you can live the life you want, on your own terms.
I work with a range of challenges including neurodiversity and ADHD, confidence and self-esteem, identity, emotional regulation, life purpose, and relationship difficulties. My approach is warm, practical, and integrative, meeting each young person where they are and working in a way that genuinely fits them
Please kindly note that I only see self-funding clients. I do not work with any private medical
insurance providers.
I see clients at the Circle Psychology Partners consulting rooms in East Dulwich.
