Systemic Therapy

Systemic therapy is also sometimes known as an umbrella term for family or couples therapy. The focus of the session would be to look at the interaction between people. Moreover it looks at how these interactions impact the relationship between individuals.

Our qualified therapist will be there to provide support in identifying key patterns within the relationship in a non-judgemental environment. They will view each individual as a part of a larger system, rather than reviewing each individual in isolation.

For example, relationships such as couples, families, friends, or even work colleagues can find systemic therapy to be useful. It provides a safe space for those involved to voice their feelings, address any issues, and move on once these issues have been resolved.
