I am an Integrative Psychotherapist & Counsellor (MA) with over 15 years in private practice and extensive experience working in trauma services such as rape crisis and domestic violence counselling, as well as MIND’s depression and anxiety service.
With the strong belief that meaningful change begins with self-understanding, compassion, and connection, my approach weaves together elements from humanistic, psychodynamic, and body-based therapies to meet each person as a whole—mind, body, and emotion.
By tailoring each session to my client’s unique needs and pace, I aim to not only help relieve distress but also to foster lasting growth—helping them to rediscover clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of meaning in life.
I see adults one-to-one, both face-to-face or online, and work collaboratively to explore underlying patterns, build resilience, and help my clients develop new ways of relating to themselves and others.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgmental space where you can reconnect with your inner resources and move toward greater authenticity and wellbeing.
I see clients on Chadwick Road, Bellenden Road/Peckham Rye area.
