I am a psychotherapist based in Dulwich Southeast London. I offer both short and long-term therapeutic support for individuals. My consulting room is a warm, non-judgemental space. For that reason my clients can safely explore and address their concerns. Are you struggling under the weight of your past or you find yourself at a critical life transition? Therapy offers a place to reflect on and process powerful emotions.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw upon a number of different approaches including psychodynamic, existential and humanistic therapy. I believe that it is in the experience of a relationship in which one feels met, understood and inspired to understand oneself that is most therapeutic. Moreover, I bring a gentle curiosity and humility to the endeavour, and committed to understanding each of my clients as unique individuals with their own distinct potential.

Problems I work with

These include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, family issues, low self-esteem, bereavement, trauma, perinatal difficulties, identity issues and narcissistic abuse among others.

Training and Background

I trained in psychotherapy and counselling for five years and am a registered member of the BACP. I have worked in variety of settings, including through the NHS at Women and Health, MIND in Camden and the Farah Therapy Centre in Kensington. I have seen people from all walks of life who have come to see me for many reasons.

I am mixed British/Chinese and grew up in Hong Kong. Before retraining as a psychotherapist, my career was in the field of political risk, with a focus on China. Prior to that I completed an MSc in Asian Politics from the School of Oriental and African Studies. In addition, I have an MA in Chinese Studies from Cambridge University.

I see clients at Oru Space in East Dulwich. I only offer sessions to self funding clients.
