I am a Counselling Psychologist with experience of working in both the NHS and private practice. I am a warm, friendly and compassionate clinician and always tailor my approach to suit my clients needs. In my clinical work, I draw on different therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), humanistic approaches, psychodynamic psychotherapy, schema therapy and mindfulness techniques. Through the integration of different therapeutic tools and techniques, I help clients gain insight into their past experiences, identify unhelpful patterns or dynamics, develop practical strategies to address challenges and support them to create meaningful change in their lives. I provide support to adults of all ages.

I work with a wide range of mental health difficulties including depression, anxiety, relationship conflict and difficulties, low self-esteem, stress and burnout, loss and bereavement and perinatal mental health. My specialist interests include attachment, relationships and significant life transitions.

I see clients at Oru Space Sutton.
