I am a Child, Young Person and Family Psychodynamic Psychotherapist in Southeast London specialising in
offering individual sessions to children, adolescents, and young adults, from 5 up to the age of 25. I also offer EMDR. I aim to offer a non-judgemental and young person-centred space, which supports young people to explore their emotional world in a safe and creative way. In order to better understand themselves and what might be underlying their difficulties.
I have many years’ experience working as a therapist in a variety of settings, including schools, alternative provisions, and the NHS. I am currently employed as a Senior Psychotherapist in the NHS, working with children and adolescents. I have worked with a wide range of difficulties and client backgrounds, including behavioural
difficulties, neuro-divergence (for example ADHD and autism), speech and language difficulties, children who are
looked after and post-adoption.
I am accredited with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists (TSP).
I originally trained as a Music Therapist and am accredited with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and British Association of Music Therapists (BAMT). I also offer clinical supervision to other therapists. I can offer short or long-term sessions and will be led by your needs.
I see clients at the Circle Psychology Partners therapy rooms on Zenoria Street in East Dulwich. I work with self funding clients and those funding with Aviva and Cigna insurance.
