CBT and EMDR Therapist in East Dulwich, PGDip, BSc (Hons)
Joe Campbell, CBT and EMDR therapist

I am a CBT therapist and a qualified EMDR therapist in South London. I am accrodited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BABCP).  I have over seven years experience in the NHS. I am currently in training on a doctorate course in Clinical Psychology.

I am experienced in working with adolescents and adults with a broad range of difficulties. These include depression, low self-esteem, PTSD, Trauma, OCD, Panic, Agoraphobia, and Phobias. I also work with clients with neurodiversity.

Throughout therapy, I believe it is important to acknowledge your unique identity. It is also important to explore how this might have shaped your experience of the world and current difficulties. The therapeutic relationship is also very important during therapy, and I hope to create an environment where you feel safe to share your story.

I identify as a cisgender gay man. Therefore, I am passionate about providing an CBT and EMDR inclusive therapy space for LGBTQ+ clients who feel their current difficulties are related to their sexual identity.

Available to see CBT and EMDR clients online as well as in my consulting rooms in East Dulwich, South London.
