I am a HCPC‑registered Clinical Psychologist in Peckham Rye offering compassionate, tailored psychological support to children, young people and adults. I work with people who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck or unsure how to move forward, and I aim to create a calm, supportive space where you can feel listened to, understood and accepted.
I have broad experience supporting individuals with anxiety, low mood, trauma and difficulties linked to identity, relationships and major life transitions. I also specialise in working with autistic people and those with ADHD. My approach is neurodiversity affirming, strengths based and respectful of each person’s unique way of experiencing the world.
Alongside my private practice work, I have been working in the NHS since 2019. Currently, I carry out specialist assessments and provide therapy for children, adolescents and their families, helping them better understand themselves or their child and develop practical, compassionate ways of managing difficulties together. Where helpful, I collaborate with wider systems such as schools or other professionals to support consistency and shared understanding. I also have experience working with adults, supporting people with long‑standing emotional difficulties, trauma‑related experiences, anxiety and depression. This breadth of experience allows me to adapt my approach to suit different ages, stages of life and individual needs.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and flexible, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Systemic Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I am also trained in EMDR and trauma-focussed CBT, allowing me to bring a trauma informed perspective to my approach. I work collaboratively with you to make sense of what you are experiencing, identify what matters most to you, and support you to make changes at a pace that feels manageable.
Above all, I aim to offer therapy that feels compassionate, collaborative and genuinely helpful. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, my hope is to help you gain greater understanding, confidence and clarity, and to support you in making meaningful and sustainable changes.
I see clients both online and in person at the Circle Psychology Partners consulting rooms at Peckham Levels in Peckham Rye, Southeast London.
