I am a friendly, compassionate & experienced Clinical Psychologist, who provides a safe space to explore difficult emotions, thoughts and experiences. I always take a collaborative, curious approach within therapy. I view each person I work with as an expert on their own lives, and I will draw upon your strengths, hopes and values, working towards specific goals identified together. I firmly believe “the person is not the problem, the problem is the problem”, and that my role is to collaborate with you to face the problem head on. I am flexible in my approach, and draw upon a range of therapies to tailor my work to the unique needs and preferences of each individual client.
I have worked as an HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist for over 10 years, predominately within South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. I have worked alongside adults with a range of needs, including anxiety and depression, trauma, interpersonal difficulties and low self-esteem. Where indicated, I am also skilled at working with the system around the person (e.g. partners, the family & wider networks). I have a particular interest in working with adults who experience anxiety and mood difficulties, in the context of neurodiversity (primarily Autism Spectrum Condition, or those with features of ASC). I have also worked within multi-professional ASC diagnostic teams, and am an experienced clinical supervisor.
I see clients online only.
