As a Counselling Psychologist, I have worked in the NHS, higher education and independent practice in clinical, supervisory and training roles.
In the NHS, I have over a decade’s experience of working in different settings with a variety of presentations – from anxiety, depression to relationship difficulties, self-defeating behaviours and physical health problems – with compassion and cultural sensitivity. I also enjoyed offering supervision, reflective practices and contributing to training as Visiting Lecturer at City University London’s Counselling Psychology doctorate programme.
I am an accredited member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HPCP) and International Experiential Dynamic Therapy Association (IEDTA). I am committed to continuous training and development as well as staying up to date with the latest research and guidelines and act as peer reviewer for a psychotherapy journal.
I am currently offering online sessions and planning on resuming face to face sessions later in the year.
