I am Dr Polly Gregory, an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with experience across a range of NHS services. I work with teenagers (aged 14+) and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling to cope with emotional and psychological difficulties. This can include anxiety, low mood and depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship difficulties, and complex emotional needs.

I also support people experiencing difficulties with self-esteem, emotional regulation challenges, or distressing experiences, including those who may be struggling to make sense of what they are going through. I have experience working with neurodivergent clients, including autism and ADHD, and aim to offer a space that feels accessible, affirming, and tailored to each person’s needs.

I take an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring my work to your individual needs, preferences, and goals. My practice is trauma-informed and attachment-focused, grounded in the understanding that our experiences shape how we relate to ourselves and others. In my clinical work, I draw on evidence-based psychological therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).

At the heart of my work is the belief that therapy should feel safe, supportive, and genuinely human. Reaching out for support can feel daunting, and I approach this work with care, sensitivity, and respect for your individual experience.

Together, we can make sense of what you’re experiencing, strengthen your ability to manage difficult emotions, deepen your self-understanding, and develop practical ways to navigate stress and life’s challenges.
Therapy with me is collaborative and shaped around your individual needs. Whether you are seeking space to reflect, to process and move forward from difficult experiences, or to develop practical tools to support your wellbeing, I will work alongside you in a way that feels safe, respectful, and directed by your goals.

I see clients both online and in person at the Circle Psychology Partners consulting rooms in Peckham Rye, London.
