I am a chartered Clinical Psychologist registered with the HCPC and have worked in the NHS since 2011. I am trained in several different therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT) and family therapy. I am also able to draw on brief solution focussed, narrative and psychodynamic approaches in my work, depending on what fits best with you.
I have experience of working with adults, children, adolescents and families with a wide range of difficulties. These have included problems with stress, anger, low mood, anxiety, eating behaviours, and struggles with sexuality and gender identity.
Many of the people I work with come feeling stuck and want to make a change in their lives. I aim to work collaboratively with you or your child to make sense of what is being experienced and enable meaningful change to take place. First and foremost, I aim to provide a space where you can feel safe, listened to, and hopeful about the future.
