I am a clinical psychologist currently based in South London adult mental health services, registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC). I have worked in the NHS since 2008, completing my Doctoral training in Clinical Psychology in 2012. My specialism is in providing individual therapy to adults, and my aim is to collaboratively help my clients understand and move through presenting challenges at their own pace, in order to bring about meaningful change within a warm, empathetic and safe environment. Typically, I work within a Cognitive Behavioural approach (CBT) and draw on a variety of models and therapeutic perspectives as needed, including Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and EMDR. I seek to support individuals to address a wide range of difficulties including struggles with social anxiety, worry, panic, low mood, stress, self-esteem, obsessive-compulsive disorder and trauma.

As a Clinical Psychologist in the NHS, I have undertaken specialist training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp) and Family Intervention for Psychosis (FIp) at the Institute of Psychiatry, in line with my role supporting adults affected by unusual experiences.

I see clients in the Circle Psychology Partners consulting rooms on Zenoria Street in East Dulwich as well as online.
