I am a HCPC-registered clinical psychologist in Southeast London with over 7 years of experience in the NHS. I have experience working with adults of all ages who experience a variety of difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, the effects of traumatic experiences or difficulties in relationships. I have a particular interest in working with people with persistent physical symptoms, especially those that may not be easily diagnosed or explained, and exploring the relationship between the body and mind.

I work predominantly from a psychodynamic perspective, which acknowledges the effect that past experiences and relationships can have on the ways that we think, feel and act in the present. I believe that therapy should be a place where you can bring your whole self, and we can approach the way you are feeling or acting with a sense of curiosity, not judgement. Often people come to therapy because things feel stuck or they feel themselves repeating the same patterns, and the therapeutic space provides an opportunity to examine this more closely and to think about what changes might feel possible.

Since completing my doctorate I have worked in a variety of psychoanalytic services within the NHS, offering both brief and longer-term therapy. I also have experience in supervision and consultation.

I see clients in at the Circle Psychology Partners consulting rooms in East Dulwich as well as online.
