I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist in Southeast London. I currently see adults online and in-person at Circle Psychology Partners in East Dulwich and Peckham Rye alongside my work in the NHS. My specialism in my NHS post is supporting individuals who are experiencing psychosis or bipolar disorder.
I understand that beginning therapy can feel daunting, and I aim to work collaboratively with clients to create a safe space to explore the challenges they are facing and move towards their goals, offering evidence-based psychological therapy tailored to each individual. I use a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focussed therapy (CFT).
I have experience supporting people with a wide range of difficulties, alongside unusual experiences such as hearing voices or paranoia. This includes depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjusting to challenging life events. I help clients to make sense of their experiences and develop practice strategies to manage them. I do this in a way that is guided by the client’s values, in order to support them to take steps towards the life they want to lead.
I see clients in at the Circle Psychology Partners consulting rooms in East Dulwich and Peckham Rye as well as online.
