I am a Clinical Psychologist in Southeast London with over ten years’ experience working across different NHS mental health settings. I am passionate about supporting people during periods of stress, distress and transition, providing a warm, non-judgemental therapeutic space. I believe everyone has the ability to thrive, and therapy can support you in getting to where you would like to be.
I integrate different therapeutic modalities and will tailor my approach to meet your needs. These include Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and systemically-informed therapy for individuals and couples. I am trained in EMDR which is suitable for treating attachment trauma and can also be
effective for integrating into treatments for low mood and anxiety. I enjoy supporting people with improving important relationships in their lives and thinking about their relationship with themselves and any patterns they may wish to examine and change.
I have experience working with parents at all stages of their journey, including preparing for birth, adjusting to parenthood or supporting with challenges in your relationship with your child as they grow and develop. Or perhaps you yearn to have a calm family home and need a space to think through how to move towards this? I use a variety of approaches tailored to suit the needs of each family, integrating my knowledge of child development which is
informed by the latest evidence base. I have experience working with neurodivergent clients – including ADHD and autism.
I have a specialist interest in Women’s Gynaecological and Reproductive Health and can offer psychological support alongside your medical treatment for conditions which can be deeply isolating and stressful.
I see clients in the Circle Psychology Partners consulting rooms in Southeast London on Mondays at Zenoria Street in East Dulwich and online.
