I can help with various difficulties such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, low self-esteem, panic attacks, OCD, trauma, bereavement, PTSD, problem behaviours, anger management, social anxiety, relationship issues, sexuality, disordered eating, body image, body appreciation, parenthood, abortion, career change, lack of motivation and many others.
As an integrative therapist I use various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Feminist Therapy, Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Systemic Therapy, Positive Psychology and Coaching.
In our first session we would discuss your history and current difficulties, then decide on the best way to work together. I show great care and warmth towards my clients and together we can work to relieve distress and uncomfortable feelings, understand the past and how this might be affecting you, understanding the brain and emotions, finally learn new ways of coping and managing difficult situations. This way you can grow and achieve your full potential. I am a native Polish speaker and can provide therapy both in English and Polish. I see clients in person and via Skype.
