I am Dr Elizabeth Harte, Principal Clinical Psychologist specialising in online couples therapy and individual therapy for adults. Working within Psychology since 2005, I accommodate a wide spectrum of concerns with a personalised approach for individual, couples, and family therapy, based in south London. I provide a warm, accepting space within which we can gain an understanding of your particular situation and work together to problem solve and acquire the necessary skills and strategies to move forward.

Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society. My work involves evidence based psychological assessment and therapy in London. I am a systemic practitioner and apply several therapeutic models, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, in order to tailor sessions to your individual needs. I also work for the NHS with individuals and families experiencing difficulties due to living with long-term physical health conditions.

Supervision and training:
My expertise includes clinical supervision to trainee and qualified Clinical Psychologists. I am delighted to offer tailored training and lectures to individuals and groups.
