Dr Kiddy is a Clinical Psychologist, with over 15 years experience working in the NHS. She provides psychological assessment and therapy for adults and couples. In her therapeutic work, she uses a range of psychological approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Systemic Therapy to help people move closer towards the life they want. Dr Kiddy is an experienced therapist who appreciates difference (e.g. ethnicity, sexuality, gender) and strives to create a safe and compassionate space to support people whose life may have been knocked off course.
Dr Kiddy specialises in supporting people through life transitions. This includes making changes to work, recreation (e.g. substance use) and relationships. In addition to a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Dr Kiddy has a Masters in Organisational Psychology and is a skilled Psychosexual therapist.
