I am a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist offering therapy to adults, adolescents, and children in Southeast London and online. I have several years of experience working in mental health services and have spent much of my career within the NHS across a range of clinical settings.
I currently work within a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) Neurodevelopmental Team, supporting children and young people with autism and ADHD, with and without a learning disability. Alongside this, I also have experience working therapeutically with adults across a broad age range.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. I aim to create a therapeutic space where you feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely listened to. I view you as the expert in your own experiences. I welcome feedback throughout our work together and tailor therapy to your individual needs.
I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). Where helpful, I also integrate systemic ideas to explore how relationships, family, cultural context, and work or school environments may be impacting wellbeing.
I have a particular interest in working in inclusive and affirming ways with people from culturally diverse backgrounds and across sexual orientations and gender identities.
I see clients both online and in person at the Circle Psychology Partners consulting rooms in East Dulwich, London.
