I am a Clinical Psychologist based in south east London, registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC). I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotion regulation and relational issues. I am experienced in supporting neurodivergent clients, including people with Autism and people with ADHD.

I aim to create a warm, non-judgemental and collaborative environment where we can take time to understand what you are experiencing, including how and why you may be feeling or responding in the ways that you do. From there, if you wish to, we can work together to find ways to address the difficulties you are facing.

I draw on a number of therapeutic approaches to support the people I work with, including Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy and Mentalisation-based Therapy (MBT). I am able to integrate these therapies and adapt my work to individual needs, circumstances and goals.

I have 15 years of experience working in mental health and have practiced as a Clinical Psychologist within the NHS since 2019. Alongside my private work, I continue to work part-time within an NHS psychotherapy service, where I support adults with experiences of childhood trauma, complex-ptsd, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation and relational difficulties.

I recognise that reaching out for therapy can feel like a significant step. Whether you are struggling with something that has been present for a long time, dealing with a recent change or difficulty, or feel that you would like some support to understand yourself and your experiences better, I hope to offer a space where you can feel heard and supported.

I see clients in the Circle Psychology Partners consulting rooms on Zenoria Street in East Dulwich.
