We aim to respond to messages within 24 hours Mondays to Fridays. A member of our helpful and friendly team will ask you some initial questions about what you would like help with and which location or locations you or your child could come to.
They will also find out which of our psychologists will be most appropriate for you or your child to see and when they are available. Once you have decided who you would like to see you will either be offered an appointment or be contacted by your therapist to arrange a suitable day and time for your appointment.
Ideally this will be within a day or two. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions or address concerns that you may have. We understand that it is not always easy to get to the point of making the decision to contact someone for help. Our team is there to help you through the process of finding the right person to speak to.
We are not a crisis service. Please do not complete this form if you are experiencing a mental health crisis.
