Dr Chloe Gerskowitch CPsychol, DPsych, MSc, BA (Hons) I am a Doctor of Counselling Psychology and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience. I have worked in primary and secondary care psychology services with clients with depression, relational and emotion regulation difficulties and a range of anxiety disorders including OCD, PTSD, Panic, Social Anxiety, Habit Disorders (such as hair pulling), Health Anxiety and General Anxiety Disorder. My current NHS role is in a specialist trauma service where I work with clients, including refugees, with complex PTSD, many of whom have experienced multiple traumas including childhood neglect and abuse. I have trained in a number of therapeutic models including CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness and psychodynamic approaches. This means that I am able to adapt therapy to meet individual clients’ needs by integrating different models and therapeutic techniques. I work in a collaborative way which prioritises the therapeutic relationship and aim to offer a safe and supportive space within which a client and I may develop a shared understanding of their current difficulties and work together towards therapy goals. I offer supervision to qualified and trainee psychologists and CBT therapists. I see clients in my consulting rooms in Dulwich Village. Qualifications: Prof. Doctorate In Counselling Psychology, University of East London, 2018 PGDip Psychology, University of Derby, 2015 MSc Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, King’s College, London, 2010 BA (Hons) Social Sciences, Nottingham (Trent) University, 1994 Client Groups: Adults Availability: Wednesday evenings
