I offer psychological therapy to adults, young people and children, each with a variety of clinical presenting difficulties.  My expertise includes: addictions, anxiety, abuse, anger management, deliberate self-harm, depression, eating disorders, grief and loss, health anxieties, low self-esteem, phobias, substance misuse, trauma etc. Some of the clients who I work with have been diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorders issues.  I work with clients whose ability to learn is hindered due to emotional, interpersonal and behavioural difficulties.  My approach focuses on the issues you may bring and on opportunities you may be unaware of. I aspire to motivate, inspire and encourage clients. I am proficient in CBT and Person-Centred therapies but take an integrative approach aiming to address the mental, physical, emotional, interpersonal and spiritual aspects.
